It really seemed Luka was trying to get his teammates involved the whole game and not force it, which he was. That's why it still surprises me everytime I see his individual points soo high. Amazing player. Great win against a great team and they did it with relentless defense, rebounding and offensive pressure.
This was really great game to watch. Both teams went all in. The duel Doncic - Jokic was great. They both scored 38 points. In the end, the team that had better overall players won.

@U.T. Ghan Permie No doubt hes a great player but hes a very expensive luxury if hes not playing when needed. Its not just that hes letting the Mavs down by not being able to play but that Luka may start to look elsewhere if hes stuck with an unfit KP and they cant afford to build a genuine team around him because of it. @Bangag Boyz Regarding Zion, it's like Joel Embiid's rookie season. Zion just missed a lot of games. But his game level made it difficult to put him out of the top 5. Embiid was top 3 in his ROTY season also. ROTY and MVP don't have the same criteria. For Doncic, it's different. Doncic is seen as a top 3 of the best players in the league or even the best player while he still has a lot to accomplish. He must improve defensively (maybe it will improve but it's only 7 games atm). He has no ring and hasn't 17 years in nba like Lebron...He isn't a viable shooter yet. Doncic especially has amazing stats. We will see if he will have more of it.
@nicj well im talking about the ring part , and i dont think this is counted as hyping , because hyping is like Williamson Last Year he doesnt prove whole season but is in the top 2 of ROTY award , i mean Luka doesnt have this kind of appreciation last season but he end up in the top 5 of MVP race , so this season is not hype at all

@Matheus Oliveira If you watched the first half, he didn't perform well at all. But in the second half, he just came out much more aggressive in making plays and driving to the rim. I'm really surprised he ended up scoring 38 points.
